I was born and raised in Perak, Malaysia in a large family. My formal education was in Klang Valley and Petaling Jaya. My roots are from India as my name suggests and from the coastal city of Vizag, on the banks of the famous Godavari River in Andhra Pradesh. With strong connections with India, values my parents imbibed in me and strong inclination  to spirituality. I was initiated by Swami Chidananda from Divine Life Society, founded by Swami Sivananda, Rishikesh.

My journey in the path of spirituality began with the guidance of my Guru. Though, I have followed the path of spirituality and never wavered from  my commitments or the goal to pursue a career in accountancy and  finance as I had a penchant for numbers. Working for corporates in varied  sectors, I had the opportunity to travel to India and other countries.

The very first time I stepped into India was both a revelation and a realization for me. I could feel connected to the people of India, for their  beliefs and I am happy to state, I had the chance to live many years in  India imbibing the culture and embracing everyone whom I meet as my  long lost brothers and sisters.

Being guided by many mentors in both my personal and professional life, I realized and have in turn inculcated in my team, the belief of ‘if I can do, everyone can also do’.

As a professional, spending long hours every day does cramp my style. I prefer to play  badminton (have won trophies too), cricket, bowling, go for long walks, trek around the beautiful trails that Malaysia has offered, meditate with  the sun rising and setting, and offer my prayers to my Guru’s and mentors. This well-balanced approach to life that the  holy saints have preached to one and all in every religion is the best way to lead a happy life there after.
